Leaving EE

I telephoned EE nearly 3 weeks ago telling them I would be leaving them at the end of August. 

I have returned all EE equipment in the envelope provided and they are continuing to send me next month 's bill

@Nosila48 : How are you leaving EE? Did you give 30-days notice to cancel your line or are you migrating it to another ISP?
