Landline problem

Our landline is not ringing it’s going straight to voicemail, I have switched the voicemail off but has made no difference …..any ideas ?

You can't turn landline 1571 VM service OFF but when you dial 1571 under Personal Options (2) > Calling Options (3) > Ring Period (2) there is an option to set the ring period to Short (4 rings), Medium (7 rings) or Long (10 rings) to give time for you to pick it up.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

@GummyBears Have you tried just rebooting the Router, and is your landline connected to the back off the router or to a remote DVA device?
