Landline not working

I have 4 cordless phones, all fully charged, none of which are working. When someone calls, it ring, I pick up, the line goes dead,the screen is blank.
I have tried unplugging, repluggling, checking the line on the computer.
Mobile service is not good where I live, I am 78 and no tech wizzard.
Help please.

@Collywobbles2 Do you have a corded phone? Are you able to disconnect the cordless base station and plug the corded phone in its place?
If not are you able to get in touch with Customer Services?

@Collywobbles2 What Router do you have, is it the EE SW31 or 32B and you have DV Landline that is plugged into the back of the EE Router. Will copy link so you can go out have a look at the routers, will save you looking, just click on the link below. Will be called the EE Smarthub Plus.
