Yet another problem! I have already wasted about 8 hours of my life trying to sort out issues since switching to EE - and I have another 16 months left on my contract!!
The Problem:
landline just has engaged tone. Can’t phone out, can’t receive calls.
Turned everything off, rebooted, re synced- nothing has worked. Apparently there is no problem with the line.
Phone is relatively new so shouldn’t be that but yet to check that it works elsewhere.
Any suggestions would be most welcome.
