Landline issues

Hi 

 

We had our broadband and landline connected today - the broadband is working fine however , the landline doesnt appear to be receving incoming calls but we can make out going calls ?

Does the landline phone announce your correct no. when you dial 1470 17070?

Hi Claire, we've just had the same problem - it transpires our landland number was changed but it is possible to get it changed back to your original number.
