Hi, I have just had a call from 01942 901150 with a very nice lady who was asking lots of personal questions about my broadband.
I didn't give too much away but she is scheduled to call me back later when I have my bank card with me.
Is this a genuine call from EE?
I have been in discussions with EE for broadband but still sceptical.
Thanks

Thank you for the information.
Glad that it isn’t a scam!

Are you an existing EE broadband customer?
If so they should not need your bank card.
But if you are, you could always give them a call, I have always found the Broadband team helpful.

I've had same call...and I don't want your partners ringing me only ee.
Don't make me regret joining ee
