Hi, broadband network issues around keighley BD22 West Yorkshire, broadband drops off completely and is a BT broadband issue which they are aware of, been having the same issues for well over three weeks now, getting beyond a joke, is there a refund process for the complete lack of service from EE

If you've got BT BB why are you coming to an EE discussion forum?

The Openreach/BT broadband network which EE uses for home broadband is having major network issue in my area, I want to know if there is a refund being planned for the complete disruption of service.

@Peter110507 see section 2 in the following Hep page.

Have you reported the fault to EE?

Yes it’s reported, our MP is on the case with BT too, I’m wondering if anyone else has had success with refunds for this kind of outage and what sort of process is involved

OIC! You mean it is an OR issue. They provide the BB infrastructure to both ISPs, BT & EE.
If it is a neighbourhood issue, you could consult BT Service Status to see if any faults are being attended to in your local area.
The BB compensation scheme should be auto.
