Fraud call

Just had a call from an automated message to say my Internet will be switched off in 24hours due to illegal use on my Internet. I did not do what it asked just disconnected, just checking , would yiu ever contact customers this way

@KathJoel54 : No, no ISP would contact in this way. We all get such scam calls. They might purportedly come from your ISP, other ISPs, OR, BT, Microsoft ... They are hoping you let them into your PC & lift some personal info. Just put the phone down.
