Just signed up with nordvpn only to find it won't work with EE

Nordvpn suggest using a Asus RT-AC86U router but will it work with EE ?

That is a router only, so would need to be used with a suitable modem, unless you are on full fibre..

That being a router only will not in itself act a replacement for your EE router, a modem router, unless as said, you are on Full Fibre (FTTP).

 

EE does not block VPNs.

Just set Nordvpn on my ASUS 4g-ax56 router and it works with EE on my Ipad, Iphone, PC, Skyq and Panasonic TV. Connects a bit faster than non Vpn connection.

An ASUS DSL-AC68U or DSL- AX82U would be suitable.
