I’ve just had my EE broadband upgraded to FFTP was working when engineer left but after an hour the PON light on the router is flashing green . Rang EE but seem to get BT who then have to contact EE very confusing 🤷♂️😂. Text EE get callback says hi I’m BT then says no I’m EE🤷♂️. Any way I’m shocked they say I have to wait ,terrible organisation that the internet service is lost while it seems an accounts verification issue hopefully. Is this Normal that internet service is lost for a long period if so why ?
