Ive had the new ee hub for 2 wks & its rubbish anyone else feel the same

We switched from sky and frankly wishing we hadn’t, EE are simply not listening to my husband at all. Granted during switching there was a road accident that completely wiped out the Openreach box at the bottom of the road, but EE don’t seem to have addressed getting us switched on by the Openreach technicians , but had the cheek to send us a bill for original switch over day on 5th of September, now the 12th and no service 😡😡😡 and can l just add the the router appears flimsy

@JaneDev EE aren't listening to you?  That's not odd at all.  I am counting the months until I can leave.

I had a fault with my account for a year and a half, raised various tickets and called them.  Only just got it resolved in the last couple of weeks.  

Talking to them was like swimming in treacle and one of them was so rude that I raised an official complaint.

I would leave today if I could.
