Issues with landline ansaphone since signing on with EE

A few months back i was persuaded to transfer from BT to EE. Since then our BT landline ansaphone has not worked and just wont take messages. Whilst there is the 1571 call abck function we would much prefer a landline phone/anspahone that works and takes messages without the hassle of having to dial 1571. Could anyone recommend a make and model of ansaphone that is guaranteed to work with EE. Has anyone else had this issue when transferring from BT to EE?

@John99991   You do have an answerphone via EE digital phone service.  Please read THIS

It's not the model of ansafone that's causing this but 1571 itself. You need to configure 1571's Personal Options to wait longer before picking up so that your ansafone can get in 1st.

1571 has Personal Options > Callings Options to change the length of rings, Short, Medium or Long, before going to VM.
