So I have port forwarded many times before with different isps for game servers tried both ark port 7777/7778 and Palworld 8211 however now that I am with EE I just can’t seem to get it working.
I have set my port forwarding rules checked that my server is setup correctly and can see they all should be working.
I have the Smart Hub 7 Pro running
Firmware version
r3.8.26-R-1595999-PROD-1
has anyone had any luck as this is a new contract and would really like to just get it working rather then cancelling and moving to another isp

Yes, EE does not employ CGNAT on fixed Home BB.

Yeah so it must be the router that is causing the issues, i have checked my firewall settings and even turned my firewall off entirely yet still unable to connect and get a connection timeout error

@FadeLupae What happens if you put the server IP in the DMZ settings on the EE Pro Hub?

Will try that now and report back shortly !

@FadeLupae Also have a check with your windows PC Network profile if set to Public/Private state.

@JimM11 Just set in DMZ and made sure my device was on private but still getting the same issue 😞

@FadeLupae Did you reboot the Pro hub after applying the DMZ IP?

@JimNo Given it a reboot and still unable to its strange its only got an issue with palworld.
Tried joining other game servers and they work just fine

Just cannot host my own servers
But palworld give a connection error IP change or not found for every server
While ark only gives it on my server and not other servers
