Is There A Direct Number To Next Gen - 1.6Gb Issue

My equipment was supposed to arrive today however I've had no update on tracking or disptach.

Having spoke to CS - they were unsure - they just said the order was "pending" even though I had the confirmation emails and engineer appointment confirmation for Wednesday.

Is there a way I can ring the team that deal with 1.6Gb directly?

@CarbonStar There is a number published in one of the @Bluenose_Dave postings, but be aware they are a Mon/Fri team only, the e-mail's are quite specific as to what you are getting, also can you not see the order details via your EE ID on the account? And the posted screen capture you put up, do you not believe that detail?

That’s strange,

I spoke to someone in the team earlier today. 

The kit turned up today,

I just never got a notification about it !
