Internet not working despite EE saying all is ok

Internet connected but no devices are working either through WIFI or LAN

Helpline can see all devices but still nothing will

work.

just keep getting messages about no secure connection

  • Mobile or fixed line broadband.
  • Which router do you own.
  • Are any lights flashing or showing.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

It was the parental control 

no one had switched it on but somehow everything was blocked
