Free Upgrade.

Hi, My  contract says a Free Upgrade to Full Fibre as soon as it is avaailable in your area from Fibre 67 Full Works, they now tell me this is available in my area but no mention anywhere about a Free Upgrade, How do I get this ?. Contact ends soon. Please help.

If you give us a call on 0330 123 1105 as @Chris_B has advised, the team can get the upgrade to Full Fibre looked into for you.

@JL1951  You call customer support.   Or can go login to your  online EE account select your broadband and select upgrade?  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
