Internet keeps dropping out after 10 minutes.

Hi. I am on EE. I have been with them 3 months and had no problems so far apart from a couple of downtimes. 

my internet keeps dropping every 10/15 minutes like clockwork. I’m then having to sit and reset it and then it come back on only to go off again 10/15 minutes later again. 

what is causing this? My internet is connecting absolutely fine then just dropping. Any replies are appreciated

@nmdj27 That may be the case, but as you said you had the hub replaced, so on the first one was it showing the same symptoms as the second lasting 10/15 mins, and how long from new before it showed the problem, the second one you got, did/does it look like it was supplied as a refurbished hub, And now you are on number 3 is it a new or again refurbed?
