If it is a neighbourhood issue, you could consult Check service in your area  to see if any faults are being attended to in your local area.

If it is not an area fault, I would double check all the cables are where they should be and turn off your HUB for 5 minutes and back on again, your ONT as well if you are full fibre.  Failing that I would call customer care when they open and have them look into it.
