Install new smart hub plus

Instructions state:  plug broadband cable ( grey ends) into your smart hub and the other end into your master phone socket.  No such cable supplied in box.

@Ch125 Applies only if you are on the FTTC copper cable connection, if you are FF Full Fibre then it's different cable....

If you also had Broadband on another Hub/ISP then good chance it's the same cable also from the previous, if so give it a shot! 6 Plus hub possible copper, 7 Plus hub no way as it's Full Fibre only.
