If I change to full fibre with EE, can I still use my Gigaset E370HX phones?

I contacted Gigaset and they said:

'Our Gigaset Phones use two systems, analog and VoIP, the important thing at this point is whether your provider supports these systems, many of our customers can use analog or VoIP phones with their fiber modems, but at this point your provider will give you the most accurate answer, so contact your provider to find out if they will offer VoIP or Analog system support after fiber. @Jessica14  If as I suspect your Gigaset base station is plugged into a phone socket, then prodding you opt for EE Digital Voice when you change to fibre, the you would just move the base station connection to the phone socket on the router.

But if that is not how you use it, please provide more details.

@Jessica14 How are you using and connecting the phones at present? The replacement on EE FF has you plugging the phone into the ATA port on the back of the EE router, as to wither VOIP side would work that is down to how well the DECT chipset of the phone works with the DECT chipset of the router, everything is not 100% compatible in operation.

Having a quick look at Gigaset, unit plugged into the back of the EE router using the ATA interface should be OK and no different to what you have at present, hopefully you do not have any of the DV system wobbles. Home services, Digital Home Phone above has it's own area if you care to go have a look.

Thanks for your replies, and sorry for the delay. The answering machine is plugged into the phone socket and one of the phones is plugged in to the answering machine as well as the electricity socket. The other phones - in different rooms - are just plugged into the electricity socket.

@Jessica14   Seems my previous reply is all you will need to do.

@Jessica14 as @Mustrum has pointed out, you just remove the answering machine connection that is plugged into the phone socket currently, and now plug it into the back of the EE router instead.

Many thanks both
