Hi my adult son pays for broadband but he moved out family issues is there any chance he can switch his account contract to my my name and payment or does he have to terminate his account because I want my broadband in my name

@Malisa0976 If you cannot come to some sort of understanding between each other then there is no easy way for the switch to happen EE wise, he would have to cancel with ALL the penalties involved etc, and you would then look to setup yourself. Just no easy way of doing what you would like.

The current owner, your son, of the contract wishing to be moved needs to call CS with both of you available on the line to effect a change of ownership. The other person, you, will need to pass a credit check. They will then be paying for that contract. If you can't do it together CS will give the current owner a password for the other to quote when they call.
