Can anyone help I phone 150 number and no one knows what they are on about I want to if is a true Package or an error because when I log in to my EE ID and as to upgrade this package it gives me:

So what we say here is EE/Bt is try scam me try say I can get 1000 mbps and upload 115mbs when only get the same speed I have today when the Package clearly shows that I would get 1000mbps not 900 Mbps gaining 100 Mbps like we should all have not this 900 Mbps rubbish

@UkzVortex98 why is it rubbish?
Both services have the same 1000Mbps ONT, the same router with 1000Mbps ethernet ports and WiFi6, but the more expensive one also has the extra features mentioned.

If you took up the Full Works plan you will experience absolutely no diff in speed.
Therefore if you reckon that the 900 Meg plan is rubbish then so is the 1000 Meg plan rubbish!
What speeds do you see on speedtests with your current plan?
