So I've upgraded to WiFi 7 from a 3rd party source but I'm having difficulty adding it to the app, has anyone else experienced this and is there a workaround? Also experiencing connectivity issues between the hub and the extender. I keep getting a flashing aqua light on the extender. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I upgraded via the same route. The app will not show the Pro router as as far as EE are concerned you have not got one, however if you go to Manage -> Broadband -> Click on Router you will see this.
Interestingly the App does not allow you to screen shot the screen on Android unless you ask Google to do it for you!
As far as the extender goes.

My extender has started flashing aqua over the weekend. Any idea what that means?

A flashing aqua light on a Smart WiFi booster usually indicates that WPS has been activated, and it's waiting to connect to your Hub or other device.
Is it working otherwise?
If you're struggling, it's worth trying to initially pair over Ethernet and see if this works.
