What is the email address you have to send it to as I’m struggling to get my credit for leaving sky on my broadband account I’ve even took 3 an extra 3 additional mobile lines with them but they seem to not to have credited my account with the proof I sent previously but I’m unable to get in my emails as it’s sending codes to my old number I don’t have anymore 😢. So I’m trying to get my new number added to my accounts I need two stepbverify verification

EE will pay up to £300 of your Early Cancellation Fees upon sight of your previous ISP's bill showing them. You can claim this online @ Switch Broadband to EE and we'll pay your leaving fee. It will be applied as a credit to your EE bill.
You must email your bill to switch-team@ee.co.uk
