WiFi enhancer disappeared

Hi just had my old Smart hub plus swapped out for a smart hub pro. Paired the new hub pro with the app. All went smoothly apart from WiFi enhancer has now disappeared. Rang customer service who are no help. Also re installed the EE app and rebooted hub . WiFi enhancer is just not showing. 

Any ideas how to fix this as I use the geo filter when gaming

@v6villan Ring CS again and have them connect you to someone who does know what is going on with that part off the software product.

Thanks took your advice. Apparently it has to go over to some mythical team to sort it. Was told it  should be sorted by early next week. Customer service rep didn't exactly fill me with confidence. .

@v6villan You can only fly with what you are being told by the relevant person at the time off calling. Some off the other posters seeing may reply but there is not many, and those that have are just as frustrated with the non operational state.
