It has been doing this for months now, i’ve deleted the app, tried clearing cache etc, just flat out refuses to work. Yet EE are happily taking the money from me for the service every month when it DOESN’T WORK.

@kylegaf2003 Have you tried calling EE CS and speaking to them, the specialist team that deals with the product may be able to help!
