Apologies if this has been asked before (couldn't find an answer), or if it is in the wrong forum.
I am unable to connect to my Xbox remotely, and the problem appears to be with the EE fibre hub. I have another router which when in use, I can connect fine on other WiFi networks or on mobile (EE). But when I'm using the EE Hub, I can only connect on my home WiFi. The Xbox passes all of its checks, but when I try the Xbox app it either presents a disconnection error or an error that the app can find the console but can't connect.
Thanks

Yes, I understand from users on here that the xBox will report that uPnP disabled or some such.

I've set up a static IP and port forwarding and yes it does work now.

Hi all.
I've unmarked this as solved as thinking about it, it isn't really.
Port forwarding isn't a valid solution for this because you can only setup port forwarding for one device. There's 2 xbox and a PS5 that would need to have port forwarding setup. Some of the ports are the same for Xbox and PS so can't do all of the changes needed for the PS5, and I can only set up forwarding for one of the Xbox.
It was mentioned that this particular hub has issues with uPnP. Do the newer ones perform better?

You may set up Port Forwards for more than 1 device. Each has its own device name or IP to enter in the Port Forward rules.
