My EETV app on my mobile and tablet has been working fine for years. I changed my EE box to internet mode and neither will pair now.
I have rebooted my router and the EE TV box.
I've re-installed to app from the Play Store.
I deleted the two devices in the app settings.

How is the TV Box connected? If it's via any other devices (e.g. powerline adapters, a switch, a wifi extender, etc) then reboot those too. If you have any custom networking setup, the TV Box and mobile device need to be on the same subnet.
Also make sure the mobile and tablet aren't using a VPN.

The Apps asked me to log back into my BT account. After this they both paired and worked as expected.
