Hub not connecting.

My hub is not connecting to the internet. EE are saying there is a power issue to my hub yet the light is on, how can that be?

Picked up the brick Jim suggested on Amazon it's working great but I will switch it to the EE one when it arrives.

Same issue here. Lost internet connection and Smart Hub flashing green. Devices cannot see the hub at all. Power cycled Hub but immediately green with a flicker every 30 sec. Called EE and my Hub power supply is in the faulty batch so sending a replacement. 

The issue seemed to coincide with my partner switching on the tumble drier that may have caused a spike.

If the PSU is the issue then Qudos to EE CS for the quick diagnostic.
