@Woody111 : You don't use your EE a/c to cancel or migrate your BB. You apply to Sky directly & they'll take care of everything bar your final EE bill. You might incur exit fees from EE if you are still within your min. contract term.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

EE are not  honouring the contract so why would I have pay anything.

I paying for a service that does not work as in my contract EE would honour.

So any lawyers on here to say who is right.

@Woody111   you would need to report the issues you are having to EE and give them a chance to fix it before they would allow you to leave without early termination charges. The same applies with all internet suppliers.

Given that I seem to recall in an earlier message you were told to check on the 2nd, for an update, it seems you are not giving them a chance.

Yes was giving the 2nd ,Had more contact and told the 6th. BUT….

This may change could not give a convincing answer as I asked would it be sorted.

Then if I would like paper bills happy to send them to me at a cost.

@Woody111   so in the grand scheme of things this hardly seems worthy of throwing your toys out of the pram.

Bills are not very exciting, it is likley to be what you signed up for and not vary unless you have Digital Voice and make calls without a calling plan.

No doubt it will get sorted, and usually works straight away, but sometimes there are a few issues that can take a while to sort - just like any supplier. For sure it is not worth paying two years worth - or however long your contract is - worth of charges by moving to Sky.

my toys are still in my pram only come out if off to law courts.

If EE are worried at all about the customers

would it not be a good idea to have a amnesty on contract payments to move to a new provider.

That way wouldn’t need this or 150 to handle complaints.

Happy alround.
