Can someone please advise on how to contact EE via Email as there does not appear to be that option anywhere on their webite. Everytime we click on contact EE on their website we go round in circles!
Please note we are already aware of dialing 150 off an EE phone (we dont have access to one apart from the account we are trying to talk to someone about but we do not have easy access to it as we are in 2 seperate households). We have also used the phone number given if using a different provider - this does not work! We go round in circles and then get cut off.
We are trying to contact EE about an elderly gentlemans (85) account who does not understand what he is paying and neither do we (I'm his brother). We believe is paying 2 broadband/landline bills and has been since 2016. We have access to one account but have no information about the 2nd account apart from a direct debit reference.
Any help anyone can provide will be appreciated.

@SIGHUP : To my mind 50 years ago is about 10 years too early for home computers. The IBM PC came out in 1981 & home computer market took off in about 1983 with the BBC Micro , the Sinclair ZX80/81, etc. Before then there were some CP/M machines mainly for business.
What have you yourself got to offer to the table?

Hi @dinesh423
This is a customer forum and not EE Customer Services. You have just posted your personal details for everyone to see on the Internet, I would recommend editing your post to remove this or deleting it ASAP.

@Laceymccullagh Do you still have the postage receipt, if so call EE CS and give them the number, that may help to locate it.

Subject: Request to Cancel One SIM Card and Transfer Number
Dear EE Customer Service,
I ordered two SIM cards from EE today. However, I would like to keep only one of them.
Initially, I intended to transfer my mobile number *********** to EE using the second SIM, but I have changed my mind and would now like to cancel that request and delete the second SIM card from my order.
Please confirm the cancellation and ensure that only one SIM card remains active.
Thank you for your assistance.
Kind regards,
Joanna

@JoannaSil : This is not CS nor the platform for making formal demands upon EE. This user discussion forum can have no access to your specific account. You need to raise this with CS.
If you ordered by phone or online you always have a statutory cooling-off period up to 14 days after delivery to cancel your order FoC. If you ordered in-store you have no such "change-of-mind" right of return.
