I want to get another broadband provider as ee charging me £40

If you want to migrate your BB to another ISP you apply to them directly & they'll take care of everything bar your final EE bill, using the One Touch Switch (OTS) process. This will auto cancel your contract with EE. If you are still within your min term you will be liable to pay Early Termination Fees for the rest of the term.

@Milliewilkie Select your provider that you wish, signup to them and transfer out, time varies depending on who/what has to be done so anywhere from 7 - 21 day's.
