How do I test a website to see why it's being blocked by EE advanced security?

Hi Our business websites are being blocked to users who are coming through EE home broadband. Any suggestions for how I identify the issues please. The websites can be accessed when the advanced security is turned off. I've checked virustotal and no issues are showing.

I can access your site through EE Mobile and other mobiles but cannot access it through my EE broadband. My advanced security is blocking the website as "It might be a host for malicious activity, like viruses or making phishing attempts. We blocked it just to be safe".

I can easily reach https://1.amlcc.com/ over EE Home BB. Previously you had 'www.' after the 'https://.' That's why it didn't work!

@richardfs Home broadband on sky as the ISP, FF500 feed! Goggle as my DNS on an Asus Router!

Thank you, very helpful.

Thank you Jim, very helpful.

Hi tnj, Thank you for looking at this, it looks like you've found the problem that our users have been coming across.

My challenge now is how to get this fixed.

When I've spoken to EE home broadband tech they've said that they can't help without a specific EE account number and incidence. Though we're with EE for mobiles, we're with BT business for broadband.

Any suggestions for how I can reach the right people at EE home broadband would be amazing please?

Kind regards,

Richard

@richardfs What Kaspersky thinks about it!

Kaspersky see's nothing un towards in the link!Kaspersky see's nothing un towards in the link!

Hi Jim, Thank you checking that. I've tried Norton and McAfee already but no problems have shown up. I've now tried the public facing Kapersky site but it's not showing an alert. Which Kapersky product are you using please, then I can subscribe and replicate the issue then raise a ticket with Kapersky. Thanks again.

Hi Jim, My apologies, still getting used to this forum. Your original message showed a yellow triangle that I read as warning from Kapersky. Now your screenshot has displayed, I am correct in reading this Kapersky is not raising a concern about the site? Kind regards, Richard

The yellow warning triangle is while the Community sees fit to approve the image. So you mustn't take it as any concerns about the contents of the image itself. That image is what it says it is.
