I terminated my contact with Sky on the 23rd March this year and was told that any cancellation fees would be taken care of by EE, now I have no notification from EE telling me this has been done, plus I keep getting either texts or Emails from Sky telling me I am still due them money for the service surely they must know that I am finished with them so why these demands for money, please advise.
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

Well, you were told untruths! It's all here in black & white: Switch Broadband to EE and we'll pay your leaving fee.
EE will pay up to £300 of your Early Cancellation Fees upon sight of your previous ISP's bill showing them. You can claim this online as above. It will be applied as a credit to your EE bill.
Thanks! You're welcome 🙂 ! Glad I could be of assistance & hope it soon gets sorted.

@Stooboy44 : You have to pay your final bill with Sky and then claim back your exit fees up to £300 from EE on evidence of them on your Sky bill.

Hello thanks for your reply concerning the termination fees levied by Sky,
but at
the time I opted to change from Sky to EE the chap that took our details
mentioned
that EE would take care of the termination charges and he made no mention
of the
the fact that we would have to clear the charges with Sky ourselves then
submit the
bill to EE, but I suppose what you say makes sense, anyway many thanks for
your
reply concerning my query.
Fraser,

@Stooboy44 Although you were with SKY at the time your heading Home phone charges EE will if they agree pay for the Broadband Termination ETF part off the bill, if you had a landline phone with sky that will not be considered....
You may find it hard to get your final bill on your sky account now, suggest you go look and see if you can asap with that one, sky do fairly quickly block access once the customer leaves. Just took a quick look at my sky account left April 15th and now can see any Broadband Billing with the two year and marked as view old bills do still have one product with them now though.
