Have just moved to EE from PlusNet and am using my home phone via an EE supplied adapter. Pairs OK with EE hubs to start with but cuts out (it's light goes off and home phone connection stops) about 10 to 15 minutes in to a phone call. Has done it about 5 times now. A faulty adapter?

@IanBernard Two things for you to try when you get your replacement DVA from EE. As you are allowed to have upto 5 devices connected HUB/Dect, then plug your suspected faulty one back into what was the good position again.
The replacement would put were you had it before, but adjust the position on your switched adapter just in case it is a power issue with that connection wise so do a little swapping cables about. With the new device pair it again and now there will be two DVA's on the system, so if one gives you trouble you can look at the other to see if it is still up and working.....
The answer before when you said i repair the two is the strange part, straight off give it a minute back on and it in theory should pick up the EE Hub again and reconnect.... There are two types the EE one with the EE symbol, and the BT one with just a straight LED light indication, then after that there is a V number ie V1,2,3,4 etc defining the Version series, your's is looking like 1, bad power/position, but it could also possibly be just an adapter issue.
