As the landlines are moving to digital, I had to buy a home adaptor to link with the hub. On trying to link the adaptor with the Hub and following the instructions, the adaptor starts to flash red meaning its not linked.
Ive tried this now four five times but it still always flashes red. Technically it means there's a connection problem with my BT Broadband.....everything else is working via the hub
Any help with this would be appreciated.

Then you haven't been switched & the adapter you bought is non-operative as yet. Just wait to be informed of a date.

No, not int the slightest bit helpful. And over all EE's 'help' for problems is pitiful. The are great on selling us stuff or trying to, but when it comes to sorting out problems we are just linked to useles 'guides' which all repeat themselves. But no wonder, like all other BT acquisitions (like Plusnet who have just transferred me to EE) the go to pot fast.

I have the same problem. I'll get them to send me another adaptor but that a the new adaptor they did send is apparently faulty speaks for itself. Customers = sheep to be shorn.

Don't you think I spent a LOT of time chasing up 'help' from EE, watching all the videos I could find, following all the instructions? How one earth do you think watching them all again is going to bloody help? Get a grip, sonny.
