Can anyone tell me where to find advice and setup for digital landline.
I switched to EE a few months back and my landline changed to digital at that point. This week I was amazed to receive a spoken text message and also learned that I had voicemail. I was never advised about this or how to use it. Recently while using the landline, I was further amazed when the line rang out on other handsets. It appeared on that occasion that the call then went to voicemail and I was unaware that it even existed. Only this evening have I received the voicemail some 10 days later.
So, in brief, there is a lot going on with my landline that I am unaware of. The only guidance that I can find on the EE site is 'greyed out' and therefore illegible.
Any help, please?

Sorry, but most of the advice on that link you provided is greyed out on my browser. I had seen that before posting here. But I am still very much in the dark about what changes have been made to my landline services since switchiung from BT and also feel that I have lost a lot of protection to nuisance calls that I previously had under BT.
I very frequently receive nuisance and silent calls whereas these were at a minimum with BT. I do not know if there is a way of adding these numbers to a blocklist with EE. It appears that there may be some form of control but as I mentioned this is greyed out when I follow a link to guidance. This suggest to me that this advice is either no longer available or is not yet available.
This morning I received another nuisance call from the Microsoft scammers. After that call, I received another call which I did not answer but appears to be another nuisance call. The MS call was identified in my call list as 'nuisance?' which I have never seen with BT. The second call is simply listed under its number which I did not recognise and is not local.
So, all of this is most unsatisfactory. I feel like I have drifted back a decade to unregulated nuisance calls.

@Erskine0812 What device are you using, and you should try another browser if you are not able to see, there is nothing greyed out, and all the information is available, you phone system HAS to be capable of using the DV features that are available.

Things shouldn't be greyed out on that page. It's just a Help Page. I can see it all & I don't even have DV.
