Hi I have just had a new EE pro gaming broadband

Why am I having trouble with my new broadband it was only installed this morning and had nothing but problems with it but with the old one I never did need some advice on what I should do

What particular problems are you having?

My new broadband is connected then disconnected from my boyfriend pc gaming
device I have only had this new broadband since this morning and I have
call up three time already I need somthing done about it asap as if this
continues I will be call and I will be asking to be reconnected to my old
broadband or somthing similar to my old one as this is stupid am having a
problem with this new one but is working on all the other devices but the
pc gaming device please help
