Is it your Home Broadband you are trying to log on to or the public EE WIFI hotspots?

If it is your Home Broadband, this is not called "EE WIFI" but is usually "EE-" followed by a combination of letters and/or numbers (or if you have moved from BT and kept the same hub, the same details would still apply) as reflected on the back of your router. It does not ask you to approve cookies or anything of the sort.

Hi there @Steviet71

Thanks for posting 🙂

Do you have a WiFi hotspots query we can help you with?

Leanne.

Hi there @Karlmmmm

Thanks for coming to the community.

Do you have a cookies screen showing when connecting to WiFi? Do you have a home or mobile broadband device?

Thanks 🙂

Leanne

Hi @HM141,

Welcome to the EE Community

Just to clarify, are you connecting your Firestick via EE Public WiFi or is this on your EE home broadband connection?

Is it when directed to the EE public WiFi login page you are being asked to accept cookies, or what page is it asking for cookies on?

Alex

It's my on home EE broadband, as soon as I put firestick on the big cookie page comes on and can't get rid of it, would you know how to fix it please

Hi @HM141,

Welcome to the Community!

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're having. Can you try turning off and restarting your router, to see if this helps?
