Hi,
I’m having an ongoing issue accessing the MoneySavingExpert (MSE) forum when using my home broadband.
I can browse the forum, but every time I try to log in or register, I get stuck on a “Just a moment...” Cloudflare screen. It never progresses past that point, and I’m unable to complete login or registration.
This issue happens on:
Desktop browser
My personal mobile (on Wi-Fi)
My work phone (on Wi-Fi)
However, if I switch to mobile data, everything works fine — I can log in, register, and browse without issue. So the problem seems to be specific to my home connection.
What I’ve tried:
Multiple browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge)
Incognito/private browsing
Clearing cookies and cache
Disabling extensions (including ad blockers and script blockers)
Changing DNS to Google (8.8.8.8) and Cloudflare (1.1.1.1)
The issue persists across all of these.
Could you please check if:
There’s an issue with how my current IP address is being routed or handled with Cloudflare-protected sites?
A dynamic IP refresh is possible in case mine is stuck in some form of rate-limit or verification loop?

No VPN in use. And what do you mean by content settings?

@Hellboy80 this is not customer services, no one has account access or can check or change any of your settings.
You can try and change your IP address by switching your router off, ideally leave for 30 mins or overnight if possible.
The fact you can browse MSE but not log in could indicate a setting or program - VPN or internet security or Cyber Security or other program or app you have running.
