Hi there
We haven't yet received our Smart Hybrid Connect and Smart Hub Plus units yet. We placed the order last Friday (2nd May) and today is Wednesday 7th May. We are due to switch 9th May?

@archwaykid And that means EE dispatch have not handed it over to RM yet for posting and forward shipping to you, will be updated later to night and you should be able to track it once RM have it on there system.

Hey mate. So I have a tracking number. Royal Mail 48 hrs but they say 'We're expecting it'

We established today that the item was lost in transit so a new one has apparently been issued. It's unusual that RM takes more than 2 working days to take receipt of an item to dispatch. Spoke to Customer Service who've dispatched (apparently) another unit.
They've been appalling with this delay and I'm not happy with them.
