Game mode ?

Hi I must be missing some thing but where is the game and work mode ? Can’t see it I. The app 

plus when I try and activate my Xbox game subscription get error page in the app and same when I try and activate the discovery plus in the app just keeps going back to active now ;(

Hi @Leanne_T thanks for your encouragement.  I’ve not been around  to call from home recently,  but caught up with a guide yesterday.  They’re rebuilding my account/package (I not sure of exactly what that means) and expect it to be working on Friday - fingers crossed.
