Fuse Energy app and website blocked by router

My energy supplier Fuseenergy.com has suddenly started to be blocked and flagged as unsafe. It was ok last week and continues to be accessible if I turn of Wi-Fi settings and just use my mobile.
I have found I can allow access for one hour, but can I set the Fuse website and app to be permissible permanently again?

new Wi-Fi 7 router.

thanks

I have the same issue.

The Fuse Energy Website works fine but the App shows an error.
It worked fine until I switched to EE this week.

Would you please check the App, not the website.

thanks!

It is both web and app for me too.

@JohnBHZ So you are aware checking an app for Fuseenergy is not something that EE would be able to do unless they have a user or prepared to test that, best keep an eye on the Forum, one off the user's like yourself will be able to say when it all start's going again if you still have an issue at that time.

Surely someone in the technical team at EE can try to download the app and test access?
This seems to be an issue specific to EE as I could access Fuse Energy without any issue when I was with Plusnet last week. I can also access it using my non EE mobile.

I don’t know if that’s correct. It is an EE issue and it was solved briefly only to be blocked again.
The AI system that trawls websites is clearly misidentifying something on the Fuse energy website and app that then blocks it on the EE system be it at server or home Router level … I am not an IT expert !

It is unique to EE it appears, as it’s fine on B4rn and Sky broadband as well as EE mobile.

@Austel @JohnBHZ Only replying about the App, that has nothing in the slightest to do with EE inoperation. Just checked again it is still free and clear WEB to it via the VF connection. You can add vodafone to your list. BT also as i think @Peter_W tested on his BT connection.

EE are the ones who can explain why the connection is not getting out via there system.

I checked over the weekend, and again just now (1430hrs Monday 10th August):

The Fuse Energy website is still blocked on my Ethernet-wired Win10 Desktop.
My Fuse Energy App is still blocked on Android WiFi.
Both run through my EE SH31B Hub on Full Fibre, with Firmware r4.26.3-R-1923144-PROD-83002 and GUI 3.14.5.

My Fuse Energy App is still accessible via EE Mobile Data on my Android phone.

However, my SH31B has once again dropped all of my customised Device Names, some time between 1350hrs on Saturday 8th August and 1350hrs Monday 10th August.... 🙄
The last SH31B Hub 'soft reboot' was 1530hrs on Wednesday 5th August, and my Device Names were successfully customised from / via the EE App the following morning, Thursday 6th August.

The Fuse Energy and Website are  being blocked by EE’s Advanced Safeweb which is embedded in the WiFi 7 Router.

EE have offered to send me a WiFi 6 router to fix the problem which I’m not too happy about as I’ve contracted for a WiFi 7 service.

The Safeweb software can either be paused or disabled using a toggle in the EE app.
If you do this, Fuse Energy is accessible again.

@JohnBHZ You are aware that @Gelert5 is using the EE Smart Hub 6+ version?

I have the Smart Hub Plus (not Wi-Fi 7).  I have the issue, but turning off Advanced Web Protect does fix things.

However, I'm not sure I want to do this - also for a few weeks  access to the Fuse site was possible.  Something has changed.
