Fuse Energy app and website blocked by router

My energy supplier Fuseenergy.com has suddenly started to be blocked and flagged as unsafe. It was ok last week and continues to be accessible if I turn of Wi-Fi settings and just use my mobile.
I have found I can allow access for one hour, but can I set the Fuse website and app to be permissible permanently again?

new Wi-Fi 7 router.

thanks

Hi
I’m using an iPad or iPhone on iOS on Wi-Fi.
I was on a B4rn BB connection yesterday and access was no problem at all. It’s only when on EE at home.

Thanks

Cheers @Austel, I'll get this logged for you.

Have you had a chance to try this again today?

This is working fine on my connection, albeit on BT rather than EE.

Peter

Yes and it’s blocked. Was ok when I allowed the site but now the hour is up its blocked again

Thanks

Hi @Peter_W  Fuseenergy is still not working for me today (see my details from yesterday in thread below)

(Laptop via EE Wifi 7 home router & Mobile via EE Wifi home router - Fuse app working with no issues on mobile when away from home using mobile data - my mobile is not with EE)

Thanks

@Ali_A  @Peter_W
Fuse Energy website is still not working for me today as well.
Either via Win10 Ethernet-wired desktop (Firefox and MS Edge Browsers), or Android Phone Browser over WiFi.
Interestingly, today (Friday 7th August) the Fuse Energy Android App is also no longer working over WiFi, although it was working for me over WiFi on Wednesday 5th August - even when the Fuse Energy website couldn't be reached.

Android Phone using EE Mobile Data allows full access to the Fuse Energy website via the Android Browser, and also via the Fuse Energy App.

EE Full Fibre via SH31B (32) Hub.

Thanks @Gelert5 and @skipper13

I can confirm that both of your examples have been raised with our team too.

Peter

For information it's working again for me now. Wasn't working yesterday or this morning.

Still not working for me unfortunately.

Apologies, I wasn't at home and had a senior moment.

Home now and NOT working.

@Peter_W Thank you.

I did manage to get onto the Fuse Energy website from my Win10 Desktop this afternoon, by going to the Advanced Web Protection area of my Android EE App, and allowing access to Fuse Energy for my Desktop Pooter for the One Hour.

But I had to jump through hoops, in order to log-in to my Fuse Energy account - at least three SMS Text Codes before I got there...

FYI: I can confirm (from my Firefox Browser) that Amazon (AWS) handles the security for the Fuse Energy website.

However, even though I could, for the one hour, access the Fuse Energy webpages, and so download my Monthly Electric Statement, all of the emails from Fuse Energy stored in my Desktop email client (Outlook) were and still are unable to display Fuse Energy images (Logos etc) which are integral to those emails - even in the One Hour Access period.
Which I found interesting...

The One Hour has now elapsed, and so access is once again 'verboten'.
