I’ve been on EE Full Fibre 900 for just over six months, and while my download speeds have been consistently excellent at around 800 Mbps, I’ve noticed that my upload speeds are persistently low — almost always capped at around 25 Mbps.
I understand this is an asymmetric service, but I was expecting upload speeds closer to 100 Mbps. I have Home Assistant running automated hourly speed tests, and the upload speed never varies — it remains fixed at 25 Mbps regardless of time of day.
Is this expected for the Full Fibre 900 package, or could there be a configuration or provisioning issue on my line? I work from home in IT and frequently connect to remote servers, so upload performance is quite important for me.
Any insight or assistance would be appreciated.

It would be worth calling EE Customer Services and speaking to the team, or texting HELP to 66033 to run an automated line check and then you may have the option to speak to someone via a callback.
It's possible your speed profile could be incorrectly set.
