Full fibre not working

My internet isn’t working the LAN light on the Openreach box isn’t in and I’ve tried resetting it and unplugged and making sure everything is in correct but still nothing

No hasn’t worked at all, turned the Wi-Fi box back on and it came straight on a solid green light

I’ve done both and nothing and the light in router doesn’t change at all either when turned it off and back on still that solid green colour

Yep done router and light still stayed solid Green didn’t even flicker

Have you given it time, put the kettle on and had your cuppa?
If the ONT is still the same after 5 mins, try the same on there.
Just seen your next post - are you able to log into the router and report the advanced status?

I’ve turned off my open reach and my router is still on with solid green light not even flashing nothing

Login to your EE SH at http://192.168.1.254 with the admin password on the bottom of the slider label on the back of the router.
On the Advanced Settings > BB > Internet page ensure WAN Port is ON.
