I feel like ee just don’t care about their customers I’ve been waiting 30 working days for my internet to be installed, I’ve had no calls, no text, no updates on when I will get my internet installed I could of chose sky or any other broadband but I settled for ee BIG MISTAKE

Call them and ask for an update and if not solved within 5 days, you will walk.

Usually if you're switching to Full Fibre and need a new installation you should receive updates via text on when Openreach will be due to visit. 

30 days is a really long time to have heard nothing, so I would definitely recommend checking in with our broadband team, and they'll be able to update you on things, and make sure we have the right contact details on file too.
