Full Fibre Stopped working 3 weeks ago - still waiting for EE to resolve

Full fibre worked fine until 3 weeks ago, logged fault told major outage in area  but neighbours have no issues 

Line failed 21-Jun

EE fix dates  keeps moving  22-Jun then 24-Jun , 28-Jun , 29-Jun , 1-Jul ,2-Jul  3-Jul, 6-Jul ,10- Jul and now gone to 17-Jul

Customer support just read a script and have no anwers 

Anyone got any suggestions?

As it is a neighbourhood issue, you could keep an eye on Check service in your area  to see when any faults are being attended to in your local area. You may also Report a Problem there.

@Djgrubby What is the state off play with your ONT Fibre modem connection, the led's on it should indicate something if not all green? Neighbours may not be on the same Fibre especially if not OR Openreach supplied?

This is even worse 3 months away

PON  is red 

@Djgrubby Just the PON on red? Power the ONT down leave it 5 minutes and power it back up.

@Djgrubby Your posted picture appeared now, if it is to be believed then that will be the estimated time for the repair whatever that is or involved to be done. See your mobile is sporting a 5G signal so a 4G modem from EE will get you out a hole at least for a few months, may not be a speed demon but basic internet should hold it's own.

Not really the point tho paying for full fibre speed and can get 10 mb speed on 4g dongle that buffers tv at best

Compensation capped at 60 days but doesn’t look like it ll be fixed in less than 100 days if that date is correct 

 

seriously looking at getting virgin  while we ignore my problems
