Full Fibre Stopped working 3 weeks ago - still waiting for EE to resolve

Full fibre worked fine until 3 weeks ago, logged fault told major outage in area  but neighbours have no issues 

Line failed 21-Jun

EE fix dates  keeps moving  22-Jun then 24-Jun , 28-Jun , 29-Jun , 1-Jul ,2-Jul  3-Jul, 6-Jul ,10- Jul and now gone to 17-Jul

Customer support just read a script and have no anwers 

Anyone got any suggestions?

As it is a neighbourhood issue, you could keep an eye on Check service in your area  to see when any faults are being attended to in your local area. You may also Report a Problem there.
