Full fibre broadband to be fitted on 10th August, transferring from Sky copper wire broadband. I have access to City Fibre broadband as there is already a wire running from a City Fibre port right outside my front window. Outreach are doing the installation and the guy in the EE shop couldn't confirm if Openreach would use the City Fibre option or not. Can any one on the forum confirm if the City Fibre is likely to be used by Openreach. Thanks in advance

EE don't use CityFibre; they only use OR.

@davieb1978 If you are getting a EE Connection then it is a PURE Openreach FF Full Fibre for sure..... Use the checker below building number and postcode will give you the idea what OR are going to do, if Ground or Pole fed.

Only sky has the choice off the two with the favoured being CF connection for them.
